It is designed to ensure responsible, legal, and ethical use of our Services by all customers and users.
Customers of Ace Integrators who violate this Policy may be subject to service suspension, account termination, and, where applicable, legal action. In serious cases, violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Fair Use
Our Services are intended to support “business as usual” usage in line with the terms described in our service agreements. Excessive or abnormal use may lead to additional charges or limitations on capacity.
Ace Integrators maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, unlawful behavior, discrimination, or any actions that exploit, harm, or disadvantage others. We expect all customers and their users to uphold these same values when using our Services.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully accountable for all activities conducted through their accounts, including actions by anyone authorized or unauthorized who uses the Services through their systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to implement adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
By using our Services, customers agree to ensure that all users under their account comply with this Policy. Any complaints or reports of misuse will be directed to the designated contact associated with the relevant account.
Ace Integrators reserves the right to take any remedial or preventive action, including service termination, in response to violations of this Policy, without prior notice. No service credits will be issued for interruptions resulting from such violations, where legally permitted.
Prohibited Activities
Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Content
You must not use our Services to store, share, or distribute content that:

Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

Is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, threatening, or violates export or data privacy regulations.
You are solely responsible for all materials you upload or transmit using our Services and must have legal rights to such content.
Spam and Unauthorized Communications
You may not use our Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”), which includes:

Sending mass emails or texts without consent.

Collecting responses to spam sent via other services.

Using purchased or third-party contact lists without confirmed opt-in consent.
All communications lists must be confirmed opt-in, with proof of consent retained for the life of the list.
Malicious or Exploitative Activity

Unethical Use
The following actions are also not permitted:

Attempting to avoid payment for Ace Integrators or third-party services.

Unauthorized access to customer data or systems.

Interfering with other users’ access to Ace Integrators’ Services.

Publishing or distributing content that incites violence or includes child exploitation material.

Violating consumer protection or privacy laws.

Engaging in or supporting illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics or weapons trafficking, or weapons of mass destruction.
Misuse of Ace Integrators Brand
You may not impersonate Ace Integrators, claim false affiliations, or misuse our intellectual property, name, or brand to mislead or deceive others for personal or commercial gain.
Policy Changes
This Policy is not exhaustive. Ace Integrators reserves the right to update it at any time by publishing a revised version on our website. The revised Policy becomes effective either:
